Hi, we're Allison and Cathie!
With over 45 years of combined experience in nonprofits and organizations at all levels (local, statewide, regional, national, and even international), our areas of expertise include strategic planning, leadership development, building effective and collaborative teams, and all things related to capacity-building and resource matching, such as inclusive budgeting, community-centric fundraising, compensation philosophy, and more.
We started Mindel Pelchat & Associates because, in our own experiences working within organizations, we found that we made our best contributions when we were accompanied by others. Any project or instance of trailblazing, however small, felt more powerful with thought partners and allies, people to share the responsibilities, risks, and accomplishments, to hold us accountable to our actions and commitments, and to challenge and expand our worldviews.
We believe that consulting at its best can offer that accompaniment.
